No idea for what the old mohair was used for before I picked up scissors to cut the pattern for this creation. Spots of turquoise on its skin gave inspiration to choose for the combination of the patch-work pieces of her apron, combined with vintage lace which originated in France. Little images of my aquarelle (on fabric) embellishes the outfit. Welcome Wink!
